A bunch of us from the KOHD team took part in the Iron Maidens

Classic Car Cruz on Friday. It was Adam Clark, Doug Johnson, Ariel Wesler, Matt McDonald, Carla Miller (our 5 p.m. producer ), Jon Bellemore, KOHDY the Weather dog, and me.

I hosted and produced a motorsports show for a number of years, so I have been to my fair share of classic car shows...and I never get tired of checking them out! I love them all, but have to say my favorites are the old, old ones -- 1920's and 1930's Fords, Model A, Model T, rumble seats, etc. They are true classics, and it's fun to see what how we used to drive, how things have changed, and how they haven't

Many thanks to the Drifters Car Club for welcoming us into their beautiful rods -- Adam Clark and I cruised the streets of Redmond in a 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire; what a way to ride! Adam happens to be a wealth of knowledge when it comes to makes and models of classic cars, so he was a fun companion on the cruise.
